In this world of stop and go, oft times we can feel like the passenger on a razors edge and the stress of it moves to and through our bodies.
Todays tip is very simple but can provide tremendous results. Here is the tip: RELAX YOUR FOREHEAD!
During the day when you think to do so, RELAX YOUR FOREHEAD!
When you feel stressed, RELAX YOUR FOREHEAD!
Or, if you must,RELAX YOUR FOREHEAD simply because because it's there and you can!

Do it and you will need no more words from me about this tip.

LaLePoP' heard politicians say, they acted in good faith on the road to war, maybe so, but what about: "Who was so bent on proving that Saddam Hussein was such a threat that they ******** FORGED DOCUMENTS ON PURPOSE?******** to show that he was trying to buy 500 tons of uranium from Niger to develop nuclear weapons?(Could it have been a Boogernaut, ahhhhhhhh, haaaaaaa)

The********* FORGERY *********was revealed to the Security Council by recent Nobel Prise winner Elaborate. It was *****NOT***** an intelligence error. It was a straightforward *****LIE, ****an invention*****, a script intended to mislead public opinion and help start a war. Go ahead, read that last line again!!!!!

Permafrost Pogo Race

Sports update May 12 2015

It's been reported that a winner was announced in the first Pogo stick race across the Arctic tundra since the beginning of "Global Warming". Undaunted by the permafrost melt and falling trees, The winner was drug over the finish line by "Poor Little Nobody's dog" after an outrigger collapsed on his stick near the outskirts of Fairbanks. The other 4000 entries were swallowed up by the landscape.
The winner from Kenya intends to give interviews sometime next year when he stops shivering. Last seen, "Poor Little Nobody's dog" was heading south dragging the thirty foot long pogo stick. The authorities are tracking the dogs muddy foot prints in hopes of getting him before he enters the US where the stick could be confiscated under that countries emanate domain statute. Authorities say not to approach the dog until they can feed him. In their words, "his ribs 'ill cut ya"!Updates on this story as they come in.
